The 94th Congress was held by the Association of Scottish Philatelic Societies in the Vine Conference Centre, Dunfermline during the 4th and 5th April 2025 where Glasgow Thematic Society were the host society for the two days, and Graham Mill presided as President.
As hosts for the event Glasgow Thematic Society have produced a Cover to mark the event. A cancellation was also approved by Royal Mail and used for the event, both are shown below. Click on the image to expand it on a seperate page.

21 dealers of postage stamps, postal history and accessories attended the exhibition from all over the UK.
There were 112 frames of exhibits on display, both competitive and non-competitive:

The winner of the Alan Watson Competion, which is judged by those members of the public who attended the exhibition, was Alistair Burrow with his entry of "The Loch Eck Tour 1900'ish".
This year the Host Society displays were judged by the two ex-Presidents Colin Caskie and Jean Osborne who judged the winning display to be "An Early History of Medicines" by Alistair Burrow who received the "Robert Burns Quaich" during the Annual Dinner.
On Friday night the Tom Rielly display was given by Maureen Mathieson of the Lanarkshire Phiatelic Society
with a display entitled 'Butterflies'.

Following the Tom Rielly display the Depute Provost of Fife Councillor Dempsey hosted a small gathering to enjoy wine or fruit juice prior to the Congress Dinner.
This was then followed by the Congress Dinner. A thoroughly entertaining after dinner speech was given by our Guest of
Honour, Stewart Noble of Helensburgh Heritage Trust and the evening was rounded off when the Scottish Congress competition winners were awarded
their trophies.

At the AGM held on Saturday 5th April delegates elected Stewart Gardiner from the Caledonian Philatelic Society
to become President of ASPS, unfortunately due to ill health Stewart could not attend the event.
