At each Congress the host society select a prominent philatelist who will present the Tom Rielly Display.
The display consists of ten frames of material and the philatelist concerned is asked to give a short
talk on the display on the Friday evening. After the talk he or she will be presented with a Tom Rielly
Medal.
Struck in silver the Tom Rielly Medal commemorates one of the best-loved and hardest working of
Scottish philatelists who died in September 2001.
